  • 1 stick of American butter = 1/2 cup
  • 1/2 cup = 115 grams

Buttermilk

Half-and-Half

  • In the UK, I use a 1:1 mixture of milk and whipping cream. Whisk together well to ensure they are combined before adding to your batter.
