Being an American living in the UK, I’ve got a mixture of American recipes as well as some British ones. But there’s a slight problem: most people in the UK bake using weight measurements instead of cups and such. So as I bake, I’ll be compiling a list of the weight conversions for the ingredients I use. If there’s a particular ingredient in one of my recipes that you need a conversion for, just let me know and I will try and add it to the list!
